Street Style Fashion Week 2018
Street Style Fashion Week 2018. As usual in September, fashion month is back again, with all the shows, presentations and events dedicated to the collections for next spring-summer 2019. Today on the blog I show you all the looks I wore and all the street style photos taken during the Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks!
Street Style Fashion Week 2018: What I wore in Milan and Paris
Many trends have been seen on the streets of Milan and Paris. From the animal print (leopard, snakeskin and zebra, for all tastes), the biggest trend, to tweed, pinstripe and check suits, passing through the revival of high knee boots and camperos. The outerwear is definitely the star of the outfits: the blazer, the leather jacket and the oversize quilted jackets are major. As accessories, my favorite is the scarf: worn in the hair to make the pony-tail or the chignon more elegant, knotted at the neck or as a print on skirts and dresses.
I leave you to the gallery with all the looks and references of the brands I wore!
The first, at the Jil Sander show, is one of my favorite: a very wearable all-black look, to which I added a touch of color with a long yellow blazer and a bag with a pied-de-poule flap! Together with Stefano Bonomi, hairdresser for Wella Professionals, we decided to give more emphasis to the look by tying the hair in a low bun on the back of the neck: a very unusual hairstyle on me, what do you think about it?
JACKET: M Missoni. T-SHIRT + JEANS: Zara. SUNGLASSES: Carrera. BAG: DeMarquet. SHOES: Bendetta Boroli.
This is the La Double J look I chose for their beautiful presentation: I love the colors of their prints so much!
DRESS: La Double J. BAG: Dior. SHOES: Chanel.
Third and last change during the first day of Milan Fashion Week: a wool Moncler total look composed of a very soft sweater and floral print trousers, worn for the brand’s fashion show!
TOTAL LOOK: Moncler.
Romantic mood for the Luisa Beccaria show: I wore a ruffle dress from the brand, which I combined with black leather boots and my new Dior Saddle Bag. I asked my hairdresser Stefano to achieve a perfect straight hair look, to wear strictly behind the ears: definitely my signature hairstyle!
DRESS: Luisa Beccaria. BOOTS: Zara. BAG: Dior.
Change of look, but also change of flap for my Night & Day bag by DeMarquet: today I wanted to add an animalier detail to my look composed of trench coat with colored lettering, jeans and high heels.
TRENCH: Bad Deal. T-SHIRT + DENIM: ZARA. BAG: DeMarquet. SHOES: Tipe e Tacchi.
For the Etro show I wore a dress from their AI2018 collection, which I combined with a pair of white knee-high boots with a metal heel. For my bag I chose a faux fur cover! On the hair we opted for a very high and geometric half-tail. A perfect hairstyle both for the day and for an elegant evening.
DRESS: Etro. BOOTS: Le Silla. BAG: DeMarquet.
During this Milan Fashion Week I received a very special invitation: amfAR wanted me to their Gala, the evening in support of the fight against HIV-AIDS. For this occasion I chose an Etro silk dress, very high patent leather heels and Damiani diamonds.
DRESS: Etro. SHOES: Le Silla. JEWELS: Damiani.
Bomber jackets, high-waisted trousers and leather bucket bag for the Tod’s fashion show: three iconic pieces for my fall wardrobe!
TOTAL LOOK: Tod’s.
The logo trend is strong on the street style: I chose the Versace one on a 1980s inspired sweatshirt, fitted on the waist and with reinforced straps. Versace also for the cap in tartan print, which I fell in love with and I can not stop wearing!
Another girly look: I chose a silk dress by Ermanno Scervino with a slit and a vintage Dior Saddle Bag for the designer’s fashion show. To give greater prominence to the high-necked clothes I always choose to tie the hair: this time Stefano has created the perfect ponytail for the shape of my face!

The passe-partout suit for this winter for me is in tartan, pinstriped or checked. I chose one in the shades of blue and green realized by my friend Giulia from the brand Giuliette Brown!
SUIT: Giuliette Brown. SHOES: Chanel. BAG: DeMarquet.
An unmistakable Vivetta dress to attend the show. Paired with white boots, which are now a must: I can no longer live without them!
DRESS: Vivetta. BAG: Dior. BOOTS: Le Silla.
During Milan Fashion Week I was the ambassador of DeMarquet, a brand of bags and accessories that you may have seen wearing for many years: for the occasion, they created a cover specially designed for me with the word LAURA for my Night & Day bag!
T-SHIRT: Zara. SKIRT: YSL via SecondVie.it WATCH: Bulgari. BAG: DeMarquet.
My favorite animal print? There is no doubt: leopard!
DRESS: Zara. SHOES: Fragiacomo.
The very first fashion show at Paris Fashion Week was Jacquemus’ and here I was near the Italian embassy in Paris waiting for it. Absolutely one of my favorites of this Fashion Month!

Cappuccino break and a total black look. Then you can start the day!
JACKET: Dolce&Gabbana via SecondVie.it HAT + DENIM: Zara.
On the occasion of the Issey Miyake fashion show I wore a pinstriped sweater with XXL sleeves on Calcaterra wool trousers. I completed the look with my Saddle Bag, a pair of Matrix style sunglasses and white ankle boots.
TOTAL LOOK: Calcaterra. BOOTIES: Zara. BAG: Dior.
Tartan mania: the more colorful it is, the more I like it!

For the Elie Saab show I chose a beautiful vintage Chanel jacket that I paired on a black mini, high-sock boots in metallic leather, a shoulder bag and giant earrings: all in silver tones.

And we came to the last look from Paris Fashion Week street style. Another animalier look: the jacket is a vintage Dolce & Gabbana from a boutique located in my city, Turin, whose name is Second Vie. I love vintage shopping: I always find something unique and it’s good for the environment!
